Restoration of Cairo Tower:
Under President Muhammed Hosni Mubarak’s administration, the tower was renovated over two years, from 2006 to 2008. The Egyptian Arab Contractors Company was responsible for the restoration work.
About 15 million pounds is spent on the repair, which also includes treatment. Repairing the concrete of the skyscraper and erecting 33 stories of buildings. A floor further up and a metal one at the base of the tower inlaid with the tower’s body. The main entry is straightforward, and there is an elevator and an emergency stairwell.
