Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and clear, allowing our valued customers to book with confidence while covering essential arrangements already made on their behalf. We always aim to be as flexible as possible while honoring commitments already made with hotels, airlines, and local suppliers.
Cancellation Policy – Standard Travel Periods
Our cancellation policy is applicable all year except peak seasons. The following Egypt tour cancellation fees apply if you decide to cancel your tour:

| 60 – 30 days before arrival | 25% of the total tour cost |
| 29 – 15 days before arrival | 50% of the total tour cost |

| Less than 7 days before arrival | 100% of the total tour cost |
These conditions apply to all standard Egypt tour packages booked outside peak travel periods.
Important Note About Domestic Flights
Please Note: Egypt Tours Group would like to bring to your attention that domestic flights are subject to the airline’s own cancellation rules. Any tour cancellation, regardless of the date, may include additional airline charges according to the carrier’s policy.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
Peak Season Cancellation Policy, including Christmas, New Year, and Easter
Peak seasons are defined as follows:
- Christmas & New Year: 20 December – 20 January
- Easter Season: 25 March – 25 April
During these periods, the cancellation policy for Egypt tour packages changes due to higher demand and stricter supplier conditions:

Important: Please note that airline tickets and certain hotel reservations during peak travel seasons often follow strict, non-refundable or partially refundable policies. Any cancellation may result in additional charges based on airline and supplier terms.
Refund Policy & Processing Time
According to our Egypt tour refund policy, approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refund requests are reviewed after cancellation confirmation
- Processing time typically ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your bank or payment providerr
- Bank fees or third-party charges may be deducted from the refunded amount
