Giza Pyramids Complex:

The Giza Plateau has stood for millennia as the most iconic archaeological site on Earth. It includes the three great pyramids, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and several ancient tombs and workers' quarters.

The Great Pyramid of Cheops:

The Pyramid of King Cheops is the last remaining wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Even after more than 4,000 years, it continues to inspire awe as a symbol of ancient Egyptian ingenuity and power.

The Great Sphinx:

The Great Sphinx of Giza, carved during the reign of King Khafre, features a lion’s body with a human head—believed to represent the king himself. It served as a guardian to the sacred necropolis of Giza.

The Valley Temple:

This funerary temple is where royal mummification rituals were performed. It provides key insight into the Old Kingdom's embalming practices and beliefs about the afterlife.

After touring Giza, you'll enjoy lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant, then continue your guided exploration in Downtown Cairo.

Day 3: Fly to Aswan - Aswan Tour – Check in Cruise

After breakfast, check out from your Cairo hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, your private guide will welcome you and begin the next chapter of your 8 Days Egypt Tour Package with a journey through Aswan’s top attractions.

Philae Temple:

Philae Temple is one of Aswan’s most enchanting sites, built between 380–362 BC. Dedicated to the goddess Isis, the temple beautifully preserves the myth of Osiris and stands as one of the finest Ptolemaic monuments in Egypt.

Aswan High Dam:

Constructed in the 1960s, the Aswan High Dam was a monumental achievement in modern Egypt. It controls the Nile floodwaters and provides hydroelectric power, playing a crucial role in protecting Egypt’s ancient monuments.

The Unfinished Obelisk:

This colossal monument, attributed to Queen Hatshepsut, was intended to be the largest obelisk ever erected. Measuring 42 meters and weighing approximately 1,100 tons, the obelisk remains partially carved in the bedrock due to cracks discovered during its construction.

After completing your visits, check in to your 5-star deluxe Nile Cruise. Enjoy lunch and dinner onboard as you begin your scenic journey along the Nile.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Day 4: Abu Simbel Temples – Sail to Kom Ombo

After receiving your breakfast boxes, your private guide will accompany you early in the morning to explore one of Egypt’s most iconic treasures.

Temples of Abu Simbel:

Abu Simbel is a stunning archaeological site located on the western bank of Lake Nasser, about 230 km southwest of Aswan near the Sudanese border. These two rock-cut temples are among Egypt’s most remarkable monuments.

The temples were built during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II in the 13th century BC as a tribute to his military victories—especially the Battle of Kadesh—and to honor his beloved queen, Nefertari. The site is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the “Nubian Monuments.”

After completing your tour, return to your Nile cruise in Aswan for lunch. Your cruise will then set sail, continuing the magical journey along the Nile. Overnight onboard.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Day 5 : Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

Your expert Egyptologist will accompany you to continue your 8 Days Cairo, Nile Cruise & Alexandria Tour with two remarkable temple visits.

Kom Ombo Temple:

Kom Ombo Temple is a rare double temple built during the reign of Ptolemy VI and expanded by later Ptolemies and Roman emperors. This unique structure is dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. Its symmetrical design and preserved reliefs make it a true architectural marvel.

Return to the cruise for lunch, and continue sailing toward Edfu. Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic horse carriage ride to your next destination.

Edfu Temple:

Edfu Temple is one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Constructed between 237 and 57 BC, it provides an exceptional glimpse into Ptolemaic temple architecture and ancient rituals. Its massive pylons, inscriptions, and sanctuaries remain largely intact.

After your visit, return to the Nile cruise and sail toward Luxor. Overnight onboard.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Day 6: Best of Luxor Tour – Fly to Cairo

After breakfast, check out your Nile cruise and begin a remarkable day in Luxor, the world's greatest open-air museum, exploring iconic temples and ancient tombs.

Karnak Temple:

Karnak Temple is the largest religious complex ever built by man. Constructed between 1970 and 30 BC, it was the spiritual heart of ancient Egypt, dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. The site reflects the architectural and religious dedication of over 30 pharaohs.

You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a scenic Nile-view restaurant before continuing your tour.

Temple of Queen Hatshepsut:

Hatshepsut Temple at Deir El-Bahari is an extraordinary mortuary temple that stands out for its unique design, terraces, and symmetry. Built by Egypt’s most successful female pharaoh, it remains a symbol of elegance and power.

Valley of the Kings:

The Valley of the Kings served as the burial ground for Egypt’s New Kingdom rulers. This legendary site contains over 60 tombs, including those of Ramesses II, Seti I, and King Tutankhamun, filled with treasures and religious inscriptions designed to ensure safe passage to the afterlife.

Colossi of Memnon:

The Colossi of Memnon are two imposing statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, each standing 18 meters high. These ancient sentinels once guarded a now-lost mortuary temple and have endured for over 3,000 years on Luxor's west bank.

At the end of the day, you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, we will take you to your 5-star hotel in Cairo for check-in and overnight stay.
