Day 1: Arrival – Dinner Cruise
Once you land in Cairo, your guide from Egypt Tours Group will meet you at the airport and assist with all formalities. You will then be escorted smoothly to your hotel which gives you time to settle in and rest after your flight.
Nile Dinner Cruise:
In the evening, your guide will accompany you to the Nile Dinner Cruise. Onboard, the gentle movement of the boat along the river creates a calm atmosphere. Soft lights, quiet city views, and a warm dinner set the tone for your 12 Days Cairo, Nile Cruise & Sharm El Sheikh Family Tour.
After the cruise, your guide will transfer you to your hotel for a relaxed night.

Day 2: Pyramids – GEM – Flight to Sharm El-Sheikh
After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will meet you and drive you to Giza.
Giza Pyramids Complex:
Walk around the plateau and see the three pyramids rising sharply. The space is open and calm.
Great Pyramid of Khufu:
Stand near the massive stones. Your guide points out the main features clearly.
Great Sphinx:
A short walk takes you to the Sphinx. The place is quiet, giving a grounded feeling.
Valley Temple:
Explore the temple beside the Sphinx. It has clean, simple lines and is easy to walk around.
Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM):
Your guide will take you through the museum slowly. The displays are clear, well-lit, and organized by period.
After visiting GEM, stop for lunch. Then your guide takes you to Cairo Airport for your flight to Sharm el-Sheikh. Upon arrival, your guide meets you and escorts you to your hotel. Evening free to relax by the sea.

Day 3: Free Day in Sharm El-Sheikh
After breakfast at your hotel, the whole day will be yours. You can enjoy it by staying by the beach, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying some quiet time in the hotel. No schedule and no visits, just an easy day for the family.

Day 4: Free Day in Sharm El-Sheikh
Breakfast at the hotel, then another open day to spend however you like. You can relax, go for a walk, stay by the sea, or simply enjoy a slow day together.

Day 5: Free Day in Sharm El-Sheikh
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll have another full day to enjoy the atmosphere of Sharm el-Sheikh with your family as you prefer. You can stay by the beach, relax at the pool, or just take the day easy with the family. No plans, no timing, just a calm and simple day.

Day 6: Flight to Cairo – Flight to Luxor – Check-In on the Nile Cruise – East Bank
You will check out from your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh in the morning, then your driver will meet you and take you to the airport to catch a short flight to Cairo. When you land in Cairo, you take your connecting flight to Luxor.
At Luxor Airport, your guide will be waiting for you. After meeting him, you go together to the Nile cruise to check in. You have some time to settle into your cabin, and lunch is served on board.
In the afternoon, your guide takes you to visit the main sites on the East Bank:
Karnak Temple:
You start at Karnak Temple, where you walk through the open courtyards and the areas with the large columns. The guide explains the parts added by different kings and the purpose of the sacred areas inside the complex.
Luxor Temple:
After that, you visit Luxor Temple. It stands close to the Nile, and you can see the long avenue connecting it to Karnak. The guide shows you the main sections and the statues that still remain at the entrance.
When the visits are finished, you return to the cruise. Dinner is served on board, and the rest of the evening is free for you to relax.

Day 7: West Luxor
After breakfast on the cruise, your guide meets you at the lobby, and you head together to the West Bank. The drive across the river is short so you will enjoy it without feeling bored, and the area will dazzle you as it is quiet and open as you approach the sites.
Valley of the Kings:
Your first stop is the Valley of the Kings. You enter a set of royal tombs, each with a different layout and its own colours and carvings. Your guide keeps the explanations simple so you can focus on the details inside the walls.
Temple of Hatshepsut:
Next, you visit the temple of Hatshepsut. The terraces rise straight from the cliffs, and the place feels wide and calm. Your guide points out the main sections and the story behind the queen who built it.
Colossi of Memnon:
The last stop is the Colossi of Memnon. You pause in front of the two huge statues while your guide explains their connection to the ancient temple that once stood there.
After the visits, you return to the cruise before lunch. The rest of the afternoon is free and relaxed on board.

Day 8: Kom Ombo – Edfu
After breakfast, the cruise continues sailing south. Your guide meets you once the boat reaches Edfu, and you walk together to the temple, just a few steps from the docking area.
Edfu Temple:
In the afternoon, you reach Edfu. A short ride takes you to the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. The entrance towers above you, and inside the walls still show clear scenes and inscriptions. Your guide explains the main story of Horus and the parts of the temple that are most important.
The cruise sails again toward Kom Ombo, and you have lunch while enjoying the view from the deck.Kom Ombo Temple:
You visit the twin temple of Kom Ombo, built for Sobek and Horus. The layout is easy to follow, and your guide points out the medical carvings and the sections dedicated to each god. You take your time walking through the open halls before heading back to the boat.
After the visit, you return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Luxor.

Day 9: Abu Simbel
You will leave the cruise early in the morning with your guide and driver for the road trip to Abu Simbel. The drive is long but smooth, and you have time to rest on the way.
Abu Simbel Temples:
When you arrive, the two rock-cut temples stand right above the lake. You will walk with your guide to the main temple of Ramses II, with its four huge statues at the entrance. Inside, the halls are quiet, and the carvings still show many details from the king’s battles and ceremonies.
You then visit the smaller temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari. The colors on the walls are soft but still visible, and the guide explains the main scenes before giving you time for photos.
After the visit and lunch, you will return to the cruise in Aswan.
Back in the city, you will have your dinner in the evening.

Day 10: Aswan Highlights – Flight to Cairo

Aswan High Dam:
You stop at the main viewpoint. Your guide gives a brief, direct explanation about the dam and the lake behind it. The visit is quick and straightforward.
The Unfinished Obelisk:
When you walk into the quarry area, you will see the large obelisk is still in place, with tool marks shown on the granite. Your guide will explain how it was cut and why it was left unfinished.
Philae Temple:
A small boat takes you to the island. The temple is quiet and easy to walk through. Your guide will focus on the main halls and keep the explanation light and simple.
After the visits and your lunch in a local restaurant, your driver will take you to Aswan Airport.
You will fly back to Cairo, meet your guide there, and head to the hotel.

You start with the museum. Your guide will take you through the main halls, focusing on the most important pieces only. The visit will be simple and not too long.

You will continue to NMEC. The layout is easy to follow, and the Royal Mummies Hall is the main stop. Your guide explains the room in a calm, steady way.
Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque:
A short visit. The courtyard is open and quiet, and your guide gives a quick overview of its early history.
The Hanging Church:
You will walk through the small interior and the wooden ceiling. The stop is brief and straightforward.
Ben Ezra Synagogue:
A quick visit. Your guide points out the key details, and then you move on.
