Saqqara Step Pyramid:The Saqqara Step Pyramid was established for King Djoser when the brilliant Imhotep decided to turn the vast mastabas construction at Saqqara Necropolis to the first pyramid in history. Saqqara contains of six gigantic matabas and it was used as a royal tomb for Pharaoh Djoser, one of the prominent rulers of the third dynasty.
Next, you’ll head to visit:
Memphis City:The capital of Egypt's Old Kingdom, founded by King Menes in the 31st century BC is Memphis City. It was considered the capital of political power and culture for more than 3000 years. It is believed that Memphis was the most populous city in the world from its construction until 2250 BC which was dedicated to the creator god Ptah
Proceed to have your lunch at a good-quality restaurant, then you move to:
Pyramids of Dahshur:The Village of Dahshur is situated almost 40 kilometers southwest of Cairo. The curved pyramid at Dahshur was erected in the late 27th century BC by King Sneferu, father of King Khufu, who built the Great Pyramid of Giza. It was the first built by Pharaoh Sneferu, it bears the name because it was unfinished and had to be rebuilt, but the king decided to leave it as is. The pyramid is located on the same site as the Red Pyramid, near the necropolis of the city of Dahshur.
At the conclusion of your Saqqara and Memphis tour, you will be transported back to your hotel in Cairo.
