Meet your guide at Cairo Airport for arrival assistance and a private transfer to your hotel. Check in and rest before the evening.
Nile Dinner Cruise
Your guide and driver take you to the Nile for dinner on board, with music and views of Cairo after dark. After the cruise, return to your hotel for your first night in Cairo.
After breakfast, travel with your guide to Giza for the day’s sightseeing.
Giza Pyramids Complex
Explore the plateau and its three pyramids, then look more closely at the Great Pyramid of Khufu as your guide explains its construction.
Great Sphinx and Valley Temple
Continue to the Sphinx and the nearby Valley Temple before leaving Giza for the museum.
Grand Egyptian Museum
Visit the GEM with your guide, exploring displays from different periods of ancient Egyptian history. Stop for lunch after the visit, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. On arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel for a free evening.
Have breakfast at your Aswan hotel, then meet your guide for three visits.
Aswan High Dam
Start at the High Dam for views over Lake Nasser and an introduction to its role in modern Egypt.
Unfinished Obelisk
Continue to the granite quarry to see the obelisk left in the rock and learn about ancient stoneworking.
Philae Temple
Take the boat to Philae’s island sanctuary and explore its halls with your guide. After the visits and lunch, return to your hotel for a free afternoon and evening in Aswan.
After an early breakfast, meet your guide before sunrise for the road journey south from Aswan to Abu Simbel.
Abu Simbel Temples
Visit the two temples, their monumental statues, halls and carved scenes with your guide. After the visit and your packed lunch, return by road to Aswan. The afternoon and evening are free to rest at your hotel.
After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to Aswan Railway Station for the first-class train to Luxor. Meet your guide on arrival, transfer to your hotel and take a short rest before the East Bank visits.
Karnak Temple
Walk through Karnak’s courtyards and columned halls with your guide.
Luxor Temple
Continue to Luxor Temple in the city center to learn about the ceremonies and festivals associated with the site. After sightseeing and lunch, return to your hotel for the evening.
After breakfast, meet your guide and driver for Luxor’s West Bank.
Valley of the Kings
Visit the royal tombs and learn about their surviving decoration and history.
Temple of Hatshepsut
Continue to the terraced temple set against the cliffs, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut.
Colossi of Memnon
Stop at the two monumental statues before lunch. Your driver then takes you east by road to Hurghada, where you check in at your resort for an evening by the Red Sea.
After breakfast, meet your guide and transfer to the marina for your snorkeling trip. Board the boat and head out to the Red Sea snorkeling spots with your guide and crew.
Lunch is served on board and soft drinks are available during the trip. Return to the marina in the afternoon, then transfer back to your resort for the evening.
After breakfast, meet your guide and safari team for a 4×4 pickup from the resort. Travel through the desert to a Bedouin area.
A short camel ride or quad bike experience may be offered depending on the program; confirm the activity arrangements for your family. Dinner is prepared at the camp as the sun sets, then you return to your Hurghada resort for the night.
Have breakfast at the resort, then transfer to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. Meet your guide and driver on arrival and continue to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free to relax before the next day’s Cairo visits.
After breakfast, meet your guide and driver for a day exploring Cairo’s museums and historic quarters.

Begin with the museum’s halls, statues and ancient artifacts.
National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
Continue to NMEC, including the Royal Mummies Hall.
Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque
Visit the mosque and learn about its history before continuing through Old Cairo.

Explore the church and its wooden interior.

Make a short visit to the synagogue.
Khan El Khalili Bazaar

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and meet your driver for the transfer to Cairo Airport. Your 11-day family tour ends with departure from Cairo.
Arrive in Cairo on Day 1 for a Nile dinner cruise. Day 2 visits the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Valley Temple and Grand Egyptian Museum before flying to Aswan. Visit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple on Day 3, then travel by road to Abu Simbel and back on Day 4.
Take the first-class train to Luxor on Day 5 for Karnak and Luxor temples. Day 6 visits the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon before the road transfer to Hurghada. Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada Family Tour FAQs
The ten nights are divided between Cairo (three), Aswan (three), Luxor (one) and Hurghada (three). The stored inclusions specify five-star hotels; other hotel tiers are also listed, so confirm the category and room setup in your quote.
The itinerary includes flights from Cairo to Aswan on Day 2 and Hurghada to Cairo on Day 9. Travel from Aswan to Luxor by first-class train on Day 5 and from Luxor to Hurghada by road on Day 6. Abu Simbel is a return road trip from Aswan on Day 4.
Suitability depends on age, walking tolerance and the planned activities. Day 4 has a before-sunrise start, and snorkeling and desert activities need individual consideration. Share your children’s ages and requirements so the team can confirm suitable arrangements.
The Day 7 snorkeling trip is part of the itinerary, with lunch on the boat and soft drinks. Extra boat excursions or glass-bottom boat trips are not confirmed inclusions and need a separate quote.
The accommodation and activities section lists a Giza camel ride, Great Pyramid interior access and a Luxor hot-air-balloon ride as paid optional extras. Felucca or other boat requests should be confirmed separately. A camel ride or quad bike on the Day 8 safari depends on the actual program.
