The majestic Philae Temple was established during the reign of King Ptolemy II in 280 BC. This monument is a valuable piece of art, featuring the influential myth of Isis and Osiris. In 1960, the temple was dismantled and transported to the nearby island of Agilkia, where it was restored.
The Unfinished Obelisk:
The Unfinished Obelisk is a structure of extraordinary dimensions, rising toward the sky with impressive majesty. It dates back to the reign of Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), who ruled Egypt during the 18th Dynasty. During its carving, a crack developed in the stone, making the monument unstable, and it was subsequently abandoned.

Pompey’s Pillar is a massive Roman column built on the ruins of the original city of Rhakotis, the foundation upon which Alexandria was established. This tapered column stands 27 meters tall with a base measuring 2.7 meters.
The monument is made of high-quality reddish granite from Aswan and remains the only ancient monument in Alexandria still standing in its original location.
Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa:
The Kom El-Shoqafa tombs are believed to have originally belonged to a wealthy Roman family who began using them for burials around the 2nd century AD. The complex was later significantly expanded and remained in use until the 4th century AD.

Alexandria Library:
Alexandria Library, the cultural center of the Mediterranean coast, stands as a modern revival of the ancient Library of Alexandria. The original library was founded over 2,000 years ago by the successors of Alexander the Great.
