This archaeological site stands as a testament to the three famed pyramids, the Sphinx, and many other valuable ancient structures.

The Great Pyramid of Giza:

The Great Pyramid is a celestial establishment, towering throughout the years to be the first pyramid ever built at the Giza necropolis. The pyramid is living evidence of the brilliance of Pharaoh Khufu’s reign (2609-2584 BC).

At a height of 146 meters, it stood as the last surviving treasure of the ancient World Wonders and the largest monumental creation on earth for over 3800 years.

After a delicious lunch at a fine restaurant, you will head out to visit:

Saqqara Step Pyramid:

The Step Pyramid in Saqqara is one of the most remarkable monuments, which is dedicated to King Djoser, who ruled Egypt during the 3rd dynasty.

This recognizable pyramid is known for its unfamiliar structure because it consists of six gradual steps, which host the mummy of the pharaoh beneath them.

Memphis City:

The breathtaking city of Memphis is the first capital city established in Ancient Egypt, which had witnessed the unification of Lower and Upper Egypt by the efforts of King Narmer (3100-3200 BC).

Queen Hatshepsut Temple:

In terms of visual impact, nothing matches the Temple of Hatshepsut. This multi-storey structure is located along the limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, on the western bank of the Nile.

This mortuary temple is not simply a tomb that would have housed Hatshepsut's body, but a huge complex for celebrations and rituals, which also houses small shrines for some of Egypt's ancient gods.

The Valley of the Kings:

The Valley of the Kings was a new beginning for the New Kingdom of Pharaonic Egypt and was thus a test and initiative for the presence of furnished and rock-cut tombs for the kings of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties.

It’s listed as one of the largest burial grounds in history, where over 60 pharaohs were buried with their belongings for many thousands of years.

Colossi of Memnon:

The Colossi of Memnon were established to defend the entrance to Amenhotep III's mortuary temple and symbolize the pharaoh's power.

The twin statues of Memnon were carved out of blocks of pink quartzite from the quarries of Gebel el-Silsila and transported along the Nile to Luxor.

The Unfinished Obelisk:

Commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), the Unfinished Obelisk lies in Aswan’s granite quarries. Today, it offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian stone-carving techniques.
